[RESOLVED] The File Format is not recognized - SOLIDWORKS PDM

I have a very clean installation of PDM and I am getting this:

The virtual file format needs to be in the format of ‘[filename].[extension].[cvd]’ so an example would be ‘1234.sldprt.cvd’

Be sure to set your categories and workflows to allow for the .cvd extension with the rules.
