Display temporary model shaded only (without edges)

Hi everyone,

I have a model that’s displayed as shaded with edges. In this model, I display a temporary body, which will follow the model display. But I prefer to display this model shaded only without edges. Is that possible?

Have you researched this in the API example? I'm not sure if this is possible. I think display modes are only affected by model views. I could be wrong.
