Adding add-in files with ConisioAdmin.exe launched as admin gets an error

I noticed that if I launched the administration tool as an admin and try to add a new add-in that I can get the error message that I need to select at least one class that implements the IEdmAddIn5.

Weird behavior.

If I don’t launch the admin tool as admin, everything works fine
